Extreme adventure in the jungle descending waterfalls and swinging on giant rope swings!
The 1/2 Day Waterfall Descents/Canyoning involves: swimming, descending on ropes (abseiling), jumping into pools, hiking, and some climbing/scrambling.
A good level of fitness is required for this trip.

Hidden deep in the rainforest near La Ceiba, Honduras, our WATERFALL DESCENTS take guests far beyond traditional hiking trails and into untouched jungle terrain rarely seen by visitors. Using the natural canyon waterways as our path, this guided adventure combines waterfall rappelling, swimming through jungle pools, cliff jumps, scrambling over rocks, and hiking through remote rainforest environments. Recently, more guests staying at nearby eco lodges like Pico Bonito Lodge, Omega Tours, and Villas de Soledad have been joining us for these unique canyoning experiences, often combining the tour with whitewater rafting and lunch at Las Cascadas Lodge for a full day adventure on the Río Cangrejal side of La Ceiba.
